I went in to Puente Hills Chevrolet after researching all week for the dealership with multiple Chevy TraxPHAM had several listed at $13,There were on the lot with that price in the windowI asked if the salesmen could even come down to $12,(gotta ask) and he repeated back "I dont know twelve thousand for a new car is pretty low, let's go run the numbers." After several minutes of casual conversation he casually slipped in what my monthly would look like on a car "between $15,and $20,000." I said the sticker was $13K, to which he asked shocked and asked us to go back out to the car with him and checkHe acted dumbfounded, as if ten minutes prior we hadn't mentioned $12KHe brought out the manager and claimed the porter made a mistakeApparently the porter is also uploading listings to Auto TraderAfter wasting my time for about minutes I was told the absolute lowest they could go was $15,After reading the other review I am convinced this dealership advertises prices, puts them in the window, and does not honor these prices

I was at this dealer on 9/12/I originally came to look at a Silverado price at just over 23,When I arrived I was told it was soldSo I found Silverado with the window price of XXXXXWe went to work a dealI was pre approved for financing to XXXXXI was trading a Jeep in with some negative equityI was told by Andy and sells manager I couldn't get it for what I was approved for but to come up to XXXXX and we would have a dealSo I left empty handed and drove hours back homeI then got my approval up to XXXXXWent back on Friday 9/14/and went in to do deal on same Silverado with same window price of XXXXX in windowI was told that their online price was XXXXX so that's what I had to payI said will your window says XXXXX that's what I am legally entitled toThey said well I don't think we can do thatI said I was told Wednesday that if I was approved for XXXXX I would have a deal so I drove another hours to come and make the deal and they refused to work with meThey refused to unless I would go thru their approval process and have my credit ran again even though I was already approved and ready to fund the XXXXXThey then said ok we will work things out and call you in the morning and deliver the truck to youI got a call the next morning from Magik and he said we won't take your financing but bring us a check for XXXXX and we have a dealSo they want me to pay another more then what we agreed upon before and wouldn't use the financing I was approved forSo needless to say I won't be working with themI will take my business elsewhereDON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM
On 01/13/18, l brought my 2007, Chevrolet Silverado Truck in to service a check engine light, low oil pressureTruck not repaired correctly
My customer #*** under work order#***, service adviser *** ***After the assessment of my vehicle, I was advised that my vehicle needed further diagnosis re: gaskets leaks around the oil pan,etc.(No reported leaks reported prior by DHabra Firestone who service my vehicle or evidence of oil drops in my driveway)Mr*** continued to say that if metal shavings were find in the oil pan then a bigger problem exists regarding the engineI told him that if that was the case to stop the work and we would go from there Mr*** said no shavings were discovered and to repair the engine would by approximately $***After weeks of repair work on my vehicle, I received a call stating my vehicle was ready and the cost was approximately $***Mr*** advised me that the only was that engine had a tapping noiseI ask
I was quoted a price over the phone, but when I got there they gave me half of the discounts that I was promised
I was quoted me a price over the phone, and *** told me that she will meet me and finalize the dealShe said that she has a brand-new Chevy Cruze LT with "Confidence package" and "Convenience package" for $*** plus tax and DMV fees, after manufacturer rebates and dealer discountsShe told me to come to the dealership ASAP to get this dealWhen I got there, I asked to see ***; but they gave me the run-around for 20-minutes; then they told me that *** is busy on the 2nd floor with customersshe didn't even have the decency to come down and meet with me! They made me meet with a sales person, and I explained the situation with him; then a manger came, then another manager came; and at the end, the one of the sales managers was able to give me only half of the discounts that I was promised, and were available online, which *** told me that I will get!
