Poor customer service. Came an hour+ late to the appointment for carpet cleaning. Stated that I needed to pay additional charges for "trip", "pre-treament", deodorizing and protectant. After refusing, [redacted] became rude and intimidating. I sent him on his way. BEWARE.

I did deodorize her carpet so there are no refunds . In addition, I did respond to her twice saying that we did deodorize the carpet. We can't get a smell out of the air if the apartment still smells of cats. We did have a contract.Thank you, Big Daddy's Carpet Cleaning

I made an appointment with Matt for a cleaning-he chose the date and time. A half hour after he was to show and didn't I called. Matt stated he'd call me right back. An hour later still no call and when I called to find out when they would be here no answer and no return call. I took the day off for this. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!

Was totally ripped off ND taken advantage of. Was charged [redacted] to clean two small area rugs. We're returned soaked, smelly, and torn beyond repair

He says we had a contract, which we do, and it clearly supports my claim.

I arranged for carpet cleaning on Sat 11/15 at 9am. Crew never showed, no call. I called several times and left a message, no response.

Review: We purchased a Groupon for services provided by Big Daddy's Carpet Cleaning. We arranged for their services to take place on 3/21 at 9 am. Big Daddy's crew never showed up. We have called numerous times. We have left numerous voicemail messages. We have not received a call back. We have been scammed by Big Daddy's Carpet Cleaning.Desired Settlement: We would like Big Daddy's Carpet Cleaning to at least call us and offer an explanation. We would also like a full refund.
