We ordered a custom doll for my brother, the likeness turned out perfectly We had to make change on a proof but that was easy enough to do We ended up receiving the doll earlier than expected We would recommend using this company easily Thank you for the great work

The Item purchased was not received and attempts to contact the company to have this resolved have been ignored I purchased a customized bobble head as a gift for a friendI out his name and address as the shipping information, the company shipped that package to his address but with my name and his mother would not accept the package because she didn't recognize the nameThe company contacted me to let me know the package had been returned to Fed-ExI called Fand was informed that only the sender could confirm the hipping address I immediately sent the company a message through their website explaining the situation and never heard backI sent them an e-mail from my account and never heard backI called Fto see if there was anything I could do and they informed me that the package was returned to the senderI have sent the company two emails and three messages through their website and they have not been open when I callI purchased the bobblehead on April 21st

The company refuses to rectify sending me an incomplete product by not responding to any emails or calls asking them to do so On March 14, 2018, I ordered a custom bobblehead from "Bobblemaker.com", run by HD Designs I sent a photo and asked them to please create the bobblehead entitled "Chained Up Man" to give to a friend as a joke They IMMEDIATELY charged my Visa debit card $on March 16, (I noticed all correspondence was through a company called "webobble.com" and assumed the two were somehow connected.) On March I received word that my doll was in production On March I received the first proof, uncolored When accepting a proof, you can ONLY write "APPROVED" or "DENIED" in the reply with a very brief description of what is wrong with the proofThis doll looked nothing like my friend and we went back and forth several times before I finally approved the doll During the process they will answer no questions and will not respond to concerns It's all j

I'm giving star only because I had to give somethingStay away from this company! I ordered a bobblehead as a Christmas giftWhen I would contact them with questions before my purchase, they were very prompt in their responseSince I made my purchase and the required payment in full, I get almost no response at allThey list a contact number; however, all you get is an answering machine and no one ever returns calls I have consistently responded to the proofs with corrections to be made but the changes do not get doneIn fact, I'm at a point now where for some reason I'm receiving old proofs so we are actually going backwardsEach time I send corrections, I send photos as well as written instructions but nothing seems to get doneI read somewhere that the bobbleheads are actually made in China and the photos on their website of the factory seem to support thatI suspect there's a language barrier between the customer and the artist, but I would expect someone with the company here in the states to step in and assist This seems to be a take the money and run sort of business!

I emailed the company to request a bobblehead be re-created A part of our wedding bobblehead was crackedThey told me it would $to send the payment Payment was sent and then they tried to locate our order and showed me an order that was not our at all The next week a bobblehead showed up at my house that looks nothing like the picture I submitted to them I have tried to resolve this issue by complaining to the company; sometimes it would take them up to days to respond Now they are not responding at all and not doing anything to fix this issue

I placed my order October 20, 2016, for my grandsons 11th BD, which was November 26th, I still don't have my order
They will not respond back
I placed order on October 20, & still don't have my bobblehead, I paid for all the extras, premium bobblehead, expedited shipping, for an order within 2-weeksThe order was for my grandsons 11th BD, ( Nov 26, ) I wasn't pleased with there proofs they kept sending & kept trying to work it out with WebobbleI finally approved one & gave them exact directions on how to finish itThe last email from them was December 12, , saying will get back to you soon
I've called their business phone many times , but have never been called backI've emailed them many times, & there answering machine says , we respond daily to emailsI haven't heard anything since December 12, I had hopes of getting this by Christmas, but it's not happeningI don't see how they can advertise there products services & not follow thru? I've asked them

I ordered a bobble and paid for a 'custom' bobble When the proof came back it was not what I wanted and advised as such Thereafter the company rep proceeded to send back repeatedly the exact same unretouched-unchanged proof After MONTHS of going back and forth asking for the proof to be changed I contacted the owner-which was very difficult as his name is buried in a sea of fictitious company names The money I paid was never refunded and the item never sent Don't deal with this company-they are just out to take your money!

I am very disappointed in not only the actual product we received, but the service most importantlyPrior to placing our order I asked to make sure they could meet my shipping date requirementThey confirmed by email the order and shipment would not be a problemWe paid over $to expedite the custom order I tried to contact the representative by phone and by email to verify that the order would still be shipped and received on timeI left messages and emailed multiple timesThey never respondedNeedless to say, the bobble head came many days lateI was not impressed with the craftsmanship but that may have something to do with how disappointed I was with the entire experience I had to purchase a last minute very expensive gift to replace this bobble head giftI really wished they would have at least emailed or called and explained something to me but they have since completely ignored all of my attempts to communicate with themNO REFUND, NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION

I ordered a bobblehead, ***XXXXXX, and was sent a proof to approve I responded by stating that the proof does not look like the person in the picture and requested some changes as well as provided additional photographs A few days later, I received the same generic letter asking for approval; no changes were made in the proof nore any mention of my prior request Again, I stated that some adjustments need to be made and, once again, was sent another generic letter asking for approval This went on for some time and I continued to write and request assistanceHaving little success with the original email address, I began using the other email addresses, and sister companies, of HD Designs as well as tried to call their phone number (which, by the way, no one ever answered and there was no option of leave a message)In conclusion, I continue to write emails but have not received any respons

We contacted the initially to verify they were able to meet our due date prior to placing the orderWe selected the expedite option to almost $to receive within weeks based on their policy we would not receive any proofs.Four days prior to our expected delivery date we received of proofs ( none of them looked based on the photos) and day before we were expected to received the last proof of the doll- which we were not suppose to receive since we indicated to have them expeditedWe have called several times which you can only leave a voicemail- emailed- placed a messages through their website and no responseAfter receiving the proof and responded back to the email on status again no responseWe placed our order on 2/4/ expedited within a week order # HD- XXXXXX
