*** came to my house againHe's done my yard several times over six yearsI pointed out all the things he promised to do last timeHe made excuses for why he couldn39t do any of those things.I pointed to the oak in the front and said I wanted it off the roof among other things.When I went up to see what they39d done I realized a lot of oak was still over the roofI called *** to ask him to come back and he refused saying it was too much workHe offered to refund me two hundred dollars which he hasn39t done and which isn39t sufficient
