This vendor was accidentally overpaid back in Sept 2015, and we have asked for a refund of those funds several times, the last time being Mar 4, 2016.
We explained at that time that if monies were not remitted he would be reported to the Revdex.com.
He owes us $144.00 and we would like to be reimbursed post haste.
