I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.What Big Dee's didn't tell you is that their attachment was the FOURTH response to my FOURTH inquiry.  None of the prior three addressed my inquiry of where on their website the handling charge was posted.  If I had received this fourth response the first time, I would not have been upset and would not have filed a complaint.I have attached copies of Big Dee's earlier responses, so that you can see none of them addresses the handling charge issue.  I do believe that it is pretty unusual these days for there to be a handling charge when shipping is advertised as free.  Please note that the invoice, also attached, does not show a handling fee.I think the appropriate remedy for all of Big Dee's customers is to clearly disclose this fee and include it on their invoices.Thanks for your attention to this.[redacted]
