Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.What Big Dee's didn't tell you is that their attachment was the FOURTH response to my FOURTH inquiry.? None of the prior three addressed my inquiry of where on their website the handling charge was posted.? If I had received this fourth response the first time, I would not have been upset and would not have filed a complaint.I have attached copies of Big Dee's earlier responses, so that you can see none of them addresses the handling charge issue.? I do believe that it is pretty unusual these days for there to be a handling charge when shipping is advertised as free.? Please note that the invoice, also attached, does not show a handling fee.I think the appropriate remedy for all of Big Dee's customers is to clearly disclose this fee and include it on their invoices.Thanks for your attention to this[redacted]

back to the consumer on 12/24/that states we did email back the customer on 12/23/at 11am, the order that was downloaded into our software system, the customer's original order from our website showing there is a separate line right before the total that says: Handling Fee - Order under $$6.50, our policies that can be located on our website under Shipping Information, and lastly an example of what the customer would have seen in their shopping cart before the customer would enter any information to complete their orderWe have already refunded the customer the $handling fee back onto their *** Credit Card on 12/24/because we are not out to deceive our customers and want them to have only positive experiences when ordering their suppliesI have blacked out the customer's address, phone number, email address, credit card information and tracking number to protect the customerPlease let us know if there is any other information that is required to resolve this case.Sincerely,Karen H***Consumer Email:"MsM***,I placed an order, number ***, based on your offer of free shippingYou failed to disclose, either on your web page or on my invoice, that there was a separate charge of $for handlingSee the attached invoiceYour customer service people have repeatedly failed to respond to this or to point out to me where the charge was disclosed, only repeating that you provided free shippingI have filed complaints with both the FTC and the Akron Revdex.com.I will expect a prompt refund of this shipping charge.*** ** ***
