Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/04) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @BIGO.COM MR [redacted] , THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO RESOLVE THIS IMPORTANT AND SERIOUS MATTER ON 07/25/WE PERFORMED A OIL CHANGE ON THE VEHICLE AS WELL AS A ROTATION, SHORTLY AFTER THE CUSTOMER LEFT THE CUSTOMER NOTICED SOMETHING WAS WRONG AND PULLED OVER AND THEN NOTICED THE ISSUE WITH THE LEFT REAR WHEELWE SENT A TECHNICIAN OUT TO THE VEHICLETHE TECHNICIAN FOUND LUG NUTS WERE MISSING, OUR TECH THEN WAS ABLE TO INSTALL NEW LUG NUTS BACK ON THE VEHICLE, SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DRIVEN FAR, NO OTHER DAMAGE WAS CAUSED TO THE OTHER COMPONENTS WE REPLACED THE LUG NUTS AND A WHEEL LOCK SET AT NO CHARGE, INSPECTED THE VEHICLE FOR ANY DAMAGE AND RETURNED THE VEHICLE TO THE CUSTOMERS HOME AS THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER WE SINCERELY APOLOGIZE FOR THE ERROR AND HAVE TAKEN EXTREME MEASURES WITH IN THE BUSINESS TO INSURE THIS STAYS AN ISOLATED INCIDENT MR [redacted] , YOU ASKED US WHAT WE HAVE DONE TO INSURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN, WE HAVE PUT ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES THROUGH A WRITTEN TORQUE PROCEDURES TRAINING CLASS TO ENSURE A SYSTEM ACCURACY, DOUBLE CHECK STANDARD AND QUALITY CONTROL IF YOU HAVE ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT US THANK YOU!

We have sent InHouse Systems over there three times to correct the problemWhat Mr [redacted] was requesting was not on his contract with us We have paid the bill with InHouse and he is completely happy with it now There was a communication problem from the beginning with the homeowner he never told us all the lines that he wanted, fax, internet, phones, etc Problems is taken care of now

I am rejecting this response because: My intend is legit and serve to clarify my position as a customer, and to express my disappointment in the processI was contacted early today, May 26, 2017, by Carothers work order office to apologize for not responding to the work order that was submitted on May 5, I not only submitted the work order but I to called the ensure that it was received and the respond was that the issue with the door from the laundry room to the garage was not an emergency and that it was going to be handle appropriately , two days later I made a followed up call, to call to the same phone number in the middle of the day hours, several times, and was never answered, so then I called a different number and spoke to a lady that assured me that my message will be forward to the person responsibleBased on my first experience with the office, I honestly was not waiting a respond, waited for about two weeks for someone to call or show up to help me, but never happened and I had no other choice but manage to secure my property and family by correcting the issue my ownOnce the door issue was fixed and secured, I contacted the better business burrow and opened the initial complain and after about week and a half, now I have been contacted n finally to apologize...really, after all my efforts to receive assistance, for what do they need to come to my house now? The issue is already fixedI have worked very hard and made a lot of scarifies to be where we are at and this is our second time investment with Carothers Homes and never I would expected to experience a situation of this nature, the same red carpet treatment during the sale process was real fast pulled from under my feet once the contract was signed, bad taste in my mouth about the whole ordealAnd in regard to the reimbursement I am not going to go any further and accept the reasons

Mr*** wanted a Data-Select Network System in his house at a later date after the contract was written. We did not charge him for this plus actual wiring was performed at his request at no cost. He then called In House to do the Network System who charged him $for work they
performed

The warranty service that we provide our homeowner is a service that come with each of our homes, it is not paid for, therefore there is nothing to refund.The last work order that Mr. [redacted] turned in was misplaced by our maintenance man. He called Mr. [redacted] and tried to apologize for the error and...

make an appointment with him but Mr. [redacted] refused to et him and hung up on him. We will continue to response to his work orders if he will let us, until his warranty expires.
