I am rejecting this response because: I have asked the company for two things that they still have NOT doneOne being to come out and do a site check so we can mutually agree on a plan of action and they can personally see the severe damage in my front yardI was also promised a weekly call to update me on securing sodNeither of these things have been doneIt is not a miscommunication issue, it is rather a company giving a unsatisfied custom the full run around

[redacted] this is [redacted] with big dog Rooter [redacted] I have tried to call you I left you a voicemail we are definitely taking control of the situation we have spoke with the customer and came to an agreement we are going to replace your grass but out of appropriate time where weather won't affect it we have agreed to the beginning of next month we have made voice contact with her I have tried to reply to you also gave you a call I'm taking full responsibility for this job if you have any questions please give me a call directly at [redacted] as we will we will make sure that the customer will be satisfied once the job is completed unfortunately we do have weather issues here where we cannot attend to this problem right away and like I said on the previous response it was just a lack of communication where we made a mistake thinking it was all taken care of but I guess it was not to her satisfactory but like I said we will definitely make sure that she is satisfied and we have that as we honor the Revdex.com accreditation and we have worked hard to get that keep a good standard with you guys so please give me a call at [redacted] and we can get this resolved in a timely manner thank you you

I am rejecting this response because: the company tried to send out a crew to "repair" the yard while under 9+ inches of snow. They also noted they did not have any available sod to lay down after tearing up the yard to repair it which I told them is unacceptable as I cannot have them tear up my yard and leave me without grass. I was told by the company I was going to get "weekly" phone calls so we can determine a better weather condition to repair the yard. I also requested them to do a site check so we can review the plan in person, but no one has come or tried to contact me again since the initial call. I still don't entrust they will complete the job without this complaint being open.

We have contacted the customer and have came to an agreement. We are going to do our best to address this matter where the customer will be satisfied. This is not something intentional or an act of negligence. We had a communication error which is why we had not herd of this situation, but we will...

I will NOT accept the business response until the work is actually complete. Big Dog Rooter has agreed to fix my yard, but I told them they cannot do so until they have sod since my yard will have to be dug up. It is also not desirable weather to till up a yard due to the frost. I asked for the company to come out to my house to see the damage and discuss the proper next steps in person and they still have NOT come out.
