I am rejecting this response because: The letting go of [redacted] makes me feel even worse. He took down [redacted]'* banking information & we can't be 100% guaranteed that he destroyed it.

I did locate the account under that name it appears [redacted] Cancelled the account when it was called in I listened to the phone conversation and the account was cancelled and shows in our record cancelled with notes mentioning confusion about switching over to Dish and a notice was sent to the manager on 4/16 with this information. [redacted] I found was let go Friday last week and no longer works for us I have forwarded this information on to the Manager of that Branch so that he may pursue additional training with his sales reps in this matter. We do apologize for any misleading that the rep did and as I mentioned we will be including additional training for new reps to insure they understand this proceedure.Thank you,[redacted]Operations
