Staff member Alma is a pure trash.

We (party of12) went to this restaurant right before Christmas. We ordered steaks to be medium well. The steaks were horrible !!! They were hard on the outside like cardboard. But inside was bleeding when we were able to cut it after hard effort. We called for a manager. No manager was on duty. Supervisor Angie came by, but started to teach us steaks (BTW we are from Phoenix, we eat steaks at many restaurants and make them at home as well). She said medium well is cooked thorough and so it is hard. But she ignored the fact that it was rare in the middle.

Anyway, we were very tired and hungry, it was very late (around 9:30 pm), and she did not offer to fix it. Sol, we ate them anyway. We got the bill, and they added tips of their choosing. I asked the server, we were not satisfied with the service (the food and the supervisor), how do I reflect that? She said she would ask that question to her supervisor.

Then came this [redacted] Alma, screaming at us. She started shouting and charged at us saying, why we ate the food, if it was not good. I asked who she was. She said, she was the supervisor. I pointed out Angie was the supervisor etc. She brought a menu pointing out they add tip for party over 7 or 8 people. And she asked if we are saying that we will not pay them tip, and she would start a fight (from her attitude). I was with family members, otherwise I would slap that fat [redacted] and kick her fat [redacted].

We contacted the real manager, who was off duty. She apologized for what happened and admitted that there were several violations on the part of Alma and Angie. She refunded 45% to our credit card. But Alma needs to be gone from this restaurant.

If you go there, ask to see Alma, and please give her a slap on her fat chick for me. I will be going there in March, and if she is still working there, I will take care of her fat [redacted] as well.
