Our experience with this dealership is very negative. The vehicle they sold us was a lemon. Since the first week we had the SUV it was nothing but problems. We had to bring the SUV in for repair several times to their auto repair center, they actually charged us for the repair. We agreed to pay beacuse we had a family emergency to get to out of town that day, which they were aware of but it didn't matter to them, they still charged us $500.00. My husband spoke to the owners of the dealership in regards to the issues we were constantly having with this vehicle. They told him it was because we were driving the car too much!!! Isn't that what you buy a car for?? We brought several used vehicles from different places and never had any issues with other dealerships resolving car issues in a fair manner. This is definitely the worst dealership to buy from. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from "Big Easy Cars" again nor will I recommend anyone to them.
They lie to you about cars I got one from them 2 months ago it's been in the shop 4 times now it back in the shop they are rebuilding the heads
It over heats they had to put a fuel pump on
Big easy won't do anything about it I will not buy anything from them every again
If you are thinking about a car DO NOT GET ONE FROM BIG EASY CARS
