Review: I made a purchase from the own [redacted] of Big Easy Computers the product was not produce by him He came up with multiple excuses of why I did not receive it and when he would refund me my money. I contacted him several of times through text messaging as well as calling. He has not returned my calls or messages. I think two hundred dollars is a bit much for me to walk away from. All I am asking is for [redacted] to refund me my money.Desired Settlement: Yes I want him to refund me my money. It was an honest purchase and for me not to get the item that I paid for is unfair and very unprofessional. He told me 3 months ago that he wold have my refund and contacting him several times about my refund he ignored all my contacting him
