Big Easy Daiquiris

Review: I ordered a catfish sandwich, sprite soda and anti freeze drink for my friend. I noticed right away that the sprite soda did not taste correct. I then took a bite into my catfish sandwich when hot grease burnt my lips. I try to take back to Soder and tell them that he did not taste like Sprite I also told them that the fish sandwich or catfish sandwich was a ball of hot grease. The lady at the front cashier called over the manager, the manager asked me if I wanted my money back or another order I told him that I would like my money back. At that time they started talking together the manager went to the back and then he changed his mind about giving me my money back. After a few minutes with me trying to get my money back the manager ([redacted]) gives me a paper with with a fake phone number ([redacted]). As I was waiting for my refund I noticed that the cook was preparing the food using his hands with no gloves on no hat. The cook was sweating and he wiped his face with his hands with no gloves on his hands.then wiped his hand on his clothes and then went to back continue to prepare the food to another patron. I tried to catfish again and to catfish did not taste like catfish as I let that the fish cool down. The manager lied to me several times about his phone number I don't know his name to be [redacted] because I did not see any identification. I was not happy with the food or the service and all I wanted was my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money of $25 and I will never go or patronize that establishment again. Thank You
