I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Their response is unacceptable, as we purchased these windows for the warranty provided with them. I have contacted a local glass company to fix mine, and am considering taking legal action to hold them responsible for their warranty that they are failing to uphold. If Sidex would like to avoid such matters they may contact us to reimburse us the cost of the lifetime warranty that we have paid in full.

Even though manufacturer is out of business we continue to assist customers with there service requests, we went out of our way to find a glass manufacurer to remake failed thermal units, it is not an exact science, we have fair understanding how big the glass should be based on customers "exact"...

measurement, the glass is being remade and will receive them shortly and install them as soon as we get them. As far as reimbursement goes how can we be held liable for a companies inability to maintain their business.

the service ticket was issues to installer working in the area, weather permitting service will be performed 6/15/17 or 6/16/17

Review: Big Easy limos is by for the worst company to conduct business with for weddings. Firstly, the limo service didn't have all three limos we requested and the company didn't have the limos that were in the garage at the time of booking. The lady specially told us when my husband and I spoke with her about the issue is that all limo company's borrow other limos. This is what we call a bait and switch which is illegal. I would prefer my whole refund for not receiving the limos I seen at their garage. The limo and Rolls Royce ran very poorly and filthy inside and out. In addition, the driver of my vehicle seemed intoxicated and this was stated by a police escort.Desired Settlement: 1,500 dollars, my entire amount for this company ruining my wedding day. Thank you

This complaint is untrue. The customer ran 40 mins behind because of her hair dresser. Every car we have has gps and I offered her to come sit down and few them with me. Her wedding ran over by 35 mins because of the bride. She stats the driver was drunk and the police were aware of it. What police officer do you know that would allow that. She deserves no refund because everything was her fault and not ours. She ordered 2 Limos and 1 Rolls and thats what she received.
