Review: The day they brought me the couches they had to hammer one of the legs back on and told me it would be fine but it is still falling off. They didn't bring the automan with couch instead they brought it a week later and it was not the one that matches the couch. They told me they will bring the right one back but never did and stop answering the phone.Desired Settlement: I would like a new couch with matching automan or my money back

Review: Furniture was filthy (like it had been used) the arm of the couch is loose and wobbles around and the wood in the arm of the chair is broke in half.

On Aug. 18, 2013 I purchased a couch, love seat and chair set in the amount of $750.00 paid in full prior to deliver with my Visa card.

I was told that the furniture would be cleaned before delivery as it had gotten dirty from sitting on the floor, I was assured by the owner and his associates the furniture was new (my Mother [redacted] was present).

When the furniture was delivered it was filthy and damaged.Desired Settlement: Full refund of 750.00. I refuse to do business with dishonest people to take advantage of women.

"The purchase was As Is" is a cop out! The furniture was damaged upon delivery by the company and I was promised by the company for two months that it would be replaced without actually being replaced. The furniture wasn't "switched out" they still didn't have the new furniture in and I had to pay $450.00 more to get "different" furniture due to the fact that they still after two months didn't have the replacement furniture in. It was a ploy to get more money out of me or I would have been stuck with damaged furniture. They sell damaged furniture and tell customers it's "new". I feel after waiting TWO months I shouldn't have had to pay anything more to get damage free furniture.

Review: ON DECEMBER 3,2014 I [redacted] ENTERD INTO BIG EDS FURNITURE OFF OF WEST LANE IN STOCKTON CA I HAD PURSHED A BRAND NEW COUCH AND LOVESEAT ALSO I PURCHED TWO TWIN SIZE BEDS SET AND A KITCHEN SET ALSO A LIVING ROOM ACCENT TABLE ALSO A SID TABLE AND ALSO A QUEEN BEDROOM SET. AND WITH TAX,DILVERY AND SET-UP THAT I PAYED FOR IN THE AMOUNT OF ALMOST 5,OOO DOLLARS I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED A PHONE CALL SENSE DECEMBER 8 THEY SAID THEY WILL DILIVER MY THING THAT DAY OR THE FOLLOWIN TUESDAY I HAVE CALLED AND ALSO WENT TO THERE LOCATION AND NO RESPONSEDesired Settlement: I WILL APPRIECIATE IT IF I COULD COUNTINUE TO GET MY THING LOVE THE FURNITURE AND THE BUSSINESS JUST BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED ANY THING AND IT BEEN SETTING ME AND MY CHILDREN BACK
