Review: I pawned a few items at this location in Dec 2013 payed the interest on these items on January 8th 2014 for a snow blower ,lap top, camera,and 2 rings and on Feb 8th I sent my son money from Peoria to wi to make the interest payment because my transmition went out in my van so I couldn't drive there. So I sent my son to make the payment for me. In the process I was informed that they can not find my rings and has it on record I paid my interest payment. But can not find them and r not goin to look for them.I had Janesville police go to the [redacted] shop to make a report missing items the officer made a report and said it was a civil mater. ** then gave my son all the items back to my son for no charge but no rings one was my engagement ring and the other I got from my son's girlfriend . They don't keep good records or proper recipes my recipe is the back of there business card not a copy of the actual [redacted] slip.I think he sold them do to not keepin proper paperwotkDesired Settlement: I want them to replace my to rings or $800.00 cash

There is something wrong with this women she only received $10.00 for 2 rings. I gave her back $100.00 in her items at no charge after and oked with her and had her sign a receipt stated we are done with everything 2/5/14.

I should no have to buy a transmission for her van or pay her rent for $10.00 item.
