Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I was not able to respond to the complaint because I was out of the country for weeks and just came in just before Christmas If necessary, I can send you my tickets for my flights I appreciate if you could open this complaint againBig Fish guaranteed results to us for our growth They keep on giving us telling us that they would help with the growth of our business Our business has not grown based on what services they performed The business grew based on referrals that came from previous customers The fact is that they never even logged into our Google account for adwords since March, When were paying them $to manage our digital marketing campaigns We had paid for responding to reviews and they have not responded to any negative review for over a yearThey told us summer of that it was because our website was not good that we were not getting the traffic We gave them access to the website to fix whatever needed to be fixed After they fixed the website during the summer of 2016, they kept on blaming the website for the problems, even though they fixed it themselves They never put together a prom digital marketing program at all for It was because of our social media efforts and referrals that our prom season was not a bust We gave this company chance after change to make it right and they just keep on dropping the ball on us It is my right as a business to cancel my services with them I cancelled my services with them on August via email See attached emails They were supposed to implement a digital marketing campaign for the month of August for a sale that we were doing in the store The proofs for the ad campaign came thru on August 18th when this campaign was supposed to start on August lstSee attached proofs that were sent to us on August 18th They continued to charge my card even I cancelled my services I received an email from [redacted] saying that they paused my services and did not cancel the services by mistake, but he was refunding me the charge for the month of September On October, he charged my credit card and refused to credit the money back I have the right to cancel my services with them They threatened that they would not give me access to all my logins for our Google account and everything else and to this day, they have not given us access to our logins I am looking for a refund of $and access to all my google ad word accounts They are the most unprofessional business people I have meet in a very long time If they had just done what they promised, we would have continued to do business with them Regards, Alexandra's Boutique Rodrigues

I completely disagree with your assessment based upon many factorsOur marketing and account management staff worked tirelessly to implement the digital marketing strategy for which you contracted.According to the Revdex.com website "they do not handle complaints that involve matters that are or have been

Because you have notified me that you intend to sue Big Fish Results, I do not feel it is appropriate to respond through this forum other than to I completely disagree with your assessment based upon many factors. Our marketing and account management staff worked tirelessly to implement the digital marketing strategy for which you contracted. Other reasons for my disagreement include, the following:- *** *** has generated nearly 25% growth in call volume since working with Big Fish Results- *** *** has generated over 25% growth in search engine visitor volume since working with Big Fish Results- *** *** failed to implement recommended website modifications that Big Fish Results demonstrated would make significant improve in results. Those finding were shared with *** *** on multiple occasions and with two vendors of *** ***, *** *** and BBL Systems- *** *** has hindered effective communication by not responding to Big Fish Results correspondence throughout the course of the engagement. Big Fish Results requested information on serval occasions for information about the promotion referenced in your complaint. In addition to serveral calls, we sent an email on Monday, July 24th concerning the launch of the campaign Big Fish Results has done everything possible to satisfy your previous concerns, including supporting the launch of your new website, developing new campaign strategies, making concessions to your contracted monthly billing and coordinating our efforts with your vendors.Subsequently, we received a chargeback to the $credit card purchase referenced on Oct 15th. Big Fish Results was provided the access to the Google *** account referenced in your complaint by your company, which means that you have and always have had Administrative access to the account
