Review: I lrder d a wicker picknick basket. The socket is cracked and falling apart. Over a week calling no return callDesired Settlement: I want my money back and I'm not even getting a call back!!

Response:On 1/21/2016 [redacted] had emailed us and mentioned that the item he received was damaged. Using his email address, we responded to [redacted] on 1/21/2016 requesting his order number and a picture of his damaged item. Once we had received his order number and the pictures of his damaged item, we replied stating that we would be happy to send him a replacement for the damaged item, but unfortunately we were out of stock of this item. Because of this, we refunded [redacted]’s order in full of the amount of $162.17 on 1/21/2016. We also provided him with a screenshot as proof that the refund was completed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: I Order 2 pepper spray 4oz Ounce Magnum Red w\Uv Dye. I paid for two of them on Dec 11,2014it was from Big Fly Sports for the [redacted] website. I do want a replacement since I did receive a package Monday but none thing was in there it was just a receipt saying that I order. 2 of the pepper spray.they was $9.99 I Order this for a gift for somebody for christmas. and I would like a replacement or my money back I charge it to my credit card and the guy who was sell the product is name Nikole[redacted]$19.89 that is the total Item -PMP-P-487PURCHASE ORDER #[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a 2 of the pepper spray 4oz Magnum Red W/Uv Dye Since I all ready paid for them. or he can just give me my money back.
