They never showed to tow my car and never called. I called and gave them a second chance and they were 2 hour late. I waisted four hours of my time. 12/16/13 scheduled to have my car picked up from auto body shop 12/17/13 and taken to my daughters home. They were suppose to be there at 4pm and no show and no call. I called them and they said they forgot. I rescheduled for 12/19/13 at 4pm. Called twice during day to make sure they were going to be there. They showed up at auto body shop at 5:50 pm and the shop was closing at 6. They did not show at my daughters until 6:31 pm. This is really bad business. We were charged storage fees since 12/16/13 because they failed to pick up car on that date. They are very unprofessional. My husband waited at my daughters for the tow for 2 hours on both days. Times money and I'm out storage fees too. Desired SettlementRefund of the $65 towing fee.
