My school order school t-shirts and they all of the people who ordered them (Teachers,parents, and students) shirts were destroyed after being washed.
I purchased school T-shirts and the shirts all got destroyed after one wash. The company gave me the run around for 3 months. I called the company 3- 4 times a week for a reoultion and they kept telling me each week that the manager or the owner would call me back. After the 2nd month they told me I waited to late to get a refund. They also claim that they told me that this could happen to the shirts after being washed. I explained to them that the company closer to my job told me they would give me a 100 percent warranty so why would I choose their shop if they are telling me as soon as I walk in that shirts may crack or peel. I have over 100 shirts that look awful and cant be worn because they were destoyed after one wash. It was originally a fundraiser but we are already in the negative after people filed complaints about how awful the shirts were after they washed them. They finally after 3 month told me they would give me 500 dollars off my next order. But my school is so furious about the quality of the shirt no one is willing to order from them. I asked them would they either give us some money back or be willing to make a whole new batch of shirts that won't mess up but they refused. Im sure they wont agree to that because they would mess up again.
I would like the company to either give me a refund or fix the awful shirts that they made.I am not expecting a full refund but at least 30 to 50 percent of our money back so we can issue refunds.
This is Mr. 2nd trip to our business for orders. In the initial trip, our practice,
is to let the consumer know what to expect from the various processes we offer. The process this consumer chose was what we call "Ultra Print". He was informed that this process will crack and peel with time and multiple washings. Although it is not our practice to refund dollars to dissatisfied customers , we did offer Mr. a store credit of $500 on his future order. It is also to be noted that we do offer other processes and products.

The business owen lied. He never told me that the shirts would be destroyed after one wash. He was never even there yet he think he can tell me what his employees allegedly told me. He is a liar so please do not believe what he is saying. He did offer me a 500 dollar credit but nobody at my school would like to order shirts from his company again after they lied and wouldn't even fix or standby his work. The reason why he won't remake the shirts is because he know he can't fix the shirts and make them last more then a day. If he can't stand by his work I dont understand why he can't refund it.
