the alignment. They instead offered me a free alignment. I informed them that given the discovery of the replaced ambient temp sensor that was damaged, it was reasonable to not trust them to retry the alignment.
BOTTOM LINE: I'm not satisfied that I've been refunded all that is due to me but do not wish to pursue it further and am content to have the matter closed.
