Purchased 2 bras about 3 months ago that did not fit. Spoke with customer service many times about my refund. Long story short, I was promised credit back to my card which I never received. Later I found several reviews of people that have suffered my same fate, so I decided to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Review: I ordered a couple bras for my daughter and they were not a good fit. I wanted to exchange them with a couple different sizes and styles so I wrote out the exchange information and returned everything in the original envelope. When they received my returned they sent an email stating that they could not accept my return and their reasoning was they needed cleaning. There is no way they needed to be cleaned because she had them on less than 3 minutes...she tried them on, they didn't fit, she took them off...didn't wear them around for an hour, didn't try them on with other clothes...she put them on and took them off. No way they could have been dirty. When I contacted them I requested a refund or them to be returned (I wasn't going to be out $104!!) ill fitting bras is better than nothing for that much money. They are returning the bras BUT they took $2.00 out of my checking account...how did they do that when they aren't supposed to store those numbers!!! It is supposed to be a one time transaction so how did they take any more money out of my account?? That is very concerning...what if they take more, makes me wonder how secure that is? What if some employee decides to write down my numbers and go on a shopping spree??Desired Settlement: I believe I am entitled to a refund of at the very least my shipping charges. The original purchase was free shipping and I had to pay to have them returned and now they took out $2.00 to pay for shipping which should be free since the original purchase was free shipping. Ideally, I'd like my whole purchase refunded because the product doesn't fit. I think they are scamming people with their return policy! Again, there is no way the bras needed cleaning! An online business can't have such strict return policies, people are obviously going to try on the product...how a bra can be dirty after a couple minutes

Review: I ordered a swimsuit top sometime in February or march, and when I received an email stating that it could be 4 to 6 weeks back ordered, I cancelled the order. I received the item via mail in April. I called immediately and explained that I cancelled the order. The operator found the note to cancel and read it back to me. She apologized and asked me to send it back "return to sender" with Attn: and her name, which I can't remember off hand. I just received my refund, which is $59.40, when I was charged $66.30. I wrote an email asking about this and was told, "per our return policy, we do not refund shipping cost".

I cancelled my order WELL before it was ever packed or shipped. I don't remember the exact day, but I believe it was under a week after I ordered it if not the next day. The woman I spoke to after receiving the item apologized and said it was their fault. Someone had made a note about canceling it , but never actually cancelled it. I should not lose out because of their mistake.Desired Settlement: I want my shipping cost back. They have had my money long enough to collect two months interest.

Review: I purchased a swimsuit on July 13th. The day it arrived I returned it because it's didn't fit. Their return instructions on the invoice said to notate on the form if I would like a full refund to my card instead of a store credit. So I did. And they gave me a store credit anyway. I called them after I found out and they said they would have the funds credited back to my credit card as originally requested. That was on 8/6. It's now 10/16 and they still haven't refunded my money. I have made three calls and sent three emails. Every time just sent round in circles as to why the refund hasn't been made yet. Each time assuring me that it would be taken care of. And yet it's been 3 months now since they received my return and they still have my money.

Review: I ordered three bras, and returned them within the 15 day window for refunds. I posted via mail on 09/20/15, and they were in receipt by 09/14/15. They initially could not find the bras, but I finally received a confirmation of receipt on 09/30/15. I called and requested a full refund. They said they would refund the cost, but to date (12/18/15) my credit card has not been refunded. They assured me it would be returned by 11/30/15. I have called at least 3 times, requesting a refund for items returned.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded.
