I ordered a bra on 6/15/and the site said it would take to weeksIt is now 9/6/almost three months later and after being told that there were two manufacturing delays I am still waiting on this braTo make matters worse I have sent several e-mails to there customer service department and have not gotten a responseIf they ever get around to shipping this bra I won't ever order another one from them
The website appeared legitimate so I placed an order on Decfor two itemsI received a total of four computer generated emails from them stating they have not forgotten about me, that it can take to weeks from order placement for items to be shippedI have never received my orderI emailed them twice, no response from themI received an email stating something about delays and that I could cancel if I wanted toI called Janand left a message to cancel my orderJanuary 5th I received a call from their customer service stating they cancelled my order however one bra came in last Thurs so they charged me for it but they canceled it so I should receive a refund within to daysSo now I hope they truly refund it and want to warn others to avoid this company and shop trusted sites!

They don't have the items they offer on their website, and their don't have any customer supportThey don't answer the emails and/or phone callsTheir greeting message is outdated, they don't return the callsThey sent me the automatic email, with no answer on my questions from me emails, just to say that they don't have the items I've ordered, and I have to contact them to discuss the replacement or to cancel the orderBut I tried to contact them for several weeks already, with no result!
I've ordered the swimsuits of my very pare size for my beach vacationThanks to BGB worst ever customer support, I don't have the swimsuits and don't have time to find something of my size before the vacationAnd I even can't cancel the order!!!
