Review: I sent my wife's iPhone S4 to them for cash on May **,2014. They offered $130, but when they got the phone in one day after sending, they said it was only worth $60. We agreed to the $60 payment. There wed site states they send out payments within 24 hours after device reaches their warehouse.It will be 4 weeks tomorrow 6/**/14. and I have not recieved the check for $60. I have emailed and called them repeatedly, and thye say check is in the mail.Desired Settlement: At this point I want their 110% satisfaction or the phone returned this week! I am not going to believe their endless lies. Additionally I want all to know their cell phone buy back "deal" is a scam.
