this vehicle was parked in an apartment complex, which clearly states any vehicle without a permit would be towed, the sign posted are 175.00, now this "normal" [redacted] I am very aware of, the vehicle was pulled into the spot, the vehicle was put on dollies which allows us to tow a vehicle without the vehicles tires ever touching the ground, the vehicle was already hooked and in tow, once off the lot, the vehicle is towed to our location, customer was given receipt when vehicle was picked up, now we tow a lot of cars per day so id be more then happy to explain the breakdown which I am not aware of some information as far as how long vehicle was stored which is per day, the vehicle might have been stored a few days if the customer was over charged a refund would be issued for the difference, as far as being scared or not "knowing the language"...this is America we can not help if you don't speak or read Englishthe woman actually fell in front of her car because she was having a hard time walking in high heels, my guy got out and helped her up as he should regardless and she was fine, she knew what she did because she kept saying "sorry", and if the building she was going to did not have parking spots, it does not give her a reason to park in someone else spot in the apartment complex when people pay for those spotsthe vehicle was towed legally, the charges I can look into, I am not aware of anyone coming up with their mother and making a big deal of this and if my manager was here I would be aware of it, but I will look into this invoice and if there is a over charge, customer will be refunded the difference

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There are numerous, blatant lies! The biggest lie of all is that the car was towed anywhere. It NEVER LEFT the apartment complex. I'm sure the apartment complex has cameras which can prove that. I came outside as it was just finished being hooked up to be towed. How is the business saying that the car was towed, stored, picked up, and receipt was given at the time of pick up?? I have no idea where to even pick it up because the guy said that he would unhook the car right there if I paid $300, which I did. Also, the personal attacks are unnecessary. I work as a home-health aid, and don't even remember the last time I wore heels. I did not fall and no one helped me up. How is that even relevant to anything? Another lie is that the manager was not there when my son came to talk to him. The guy said he was the manager and there was another man present, both of which said that they don't care, I should've challenged it on the spot, and they didn't even want to discuss the charges or a potential refund. The business stated in their response that they would "look into this invoice" and refund the difference. I won't accept anything unless they give a specific plan of how and when. There is not much to look into, I have the receipt which only states $300, the sign at the complex said $150 and the car was never moved or towed. So a refund is clearly required. Please provide a specific timeline for review and refund and please get your facts straight. This matter will be taken to higher channels, such as the local congressman, if not properly handled.
