Review: I sold my car to the Big Head Auto Savage the engine was dead and it was at [redacted] Repair the company knew where it was located and they said it will pay $325.00 for the automobile that was the cost they quote me on the phone and the will pick it up from the mechanic. They said leave them the title and they was suppose to give him the money. Instead the driver gave him only $300.00. So I called the company and told them what happen the gentleman that pick up the phone told me that [redacted] don't know what she is talking about. Another man pick up the phone and said he will investigate it and will call me back never heard anything. The gentleman that quote me a price name was Mark. I am an older women and his employee should not talk to anyone like that. All I want is my $25.00. These young kids should learn some manner on who they talk to their elder. The gentleman that owes [redacted] his and honest guy and he has no reason to lie and his name is Bob if you have any question on [redacted] and [redacted].Desired Settlement: All I want is my balance they owe me.
