The owner of this establishment is very mean and rude to femalesWe purchased a pellet stove from him several years agoRecently I asked for assistance with a remote for our stove and got pricesMy spouse had surgery and not able to take care of stove and myself, am disabled and not able to help eitherThe owner has been rude to us on two occasions, and argumentive on the phone and rudely hangs up every timeHe made a comment regarding my spouse's surgery stating we were "lucky" it only cost so much money, could have been worse HOW DARE HE compare our situation to his and laughed and hung up on meHe does NOT resolve any problems or situations and, therefore, would NOT recommend any potential customers to this many or give him any business
