Big Island Costal Contracting (BICC) built our home from January 2016-November with bonding and a contractWe have a binding contract with the companythat they are responsible to repair anything within the year of completion that is defective due to the company's negligenceWe contacted BICC multiple times since June through email and text to inform them that we have electrical outlets that do not work at all, lights that do not dim properly, a toilet that runs continually, and an entry door that is cracked all the way up the center from their installation of the hardware itemsNone of these items have not been fixed or replacedIn the second week of August 2017, builders of BICC came to the house to inspect the areas of concern They informed us the contractor would be in contact with usWe have not had any communication since then, despite multiple attempts on our end through text and email since that time
