Big Island Klimate Kontrol

We contacted Lowe's as our refrigerator had a bad seal and the ice maker had stopped working for the third time within a couple of years (and each time Klimate Kontrol came out to do the repair) Every week since the beginning of September he said the part would be arriving on Friday After ten weeks of unreturned calls including Lowe's trying to get a hold of him - times a week, Lowe's finally agreed to replace the refrigerator I will be purchasing future appliances from Sears as Lowe's only uses Klimate Kontrol and this is not the first time we have waited months for him to repair an appliance for us as well as customers of ours

This company has (or hopefully, had) the account to repair dishwashers sold by Lowes under warranty They came to our house to repair our dishwasher and said it needed a part, that they would order it, come back and replace it, and everything would be okay We never saw or heard from them again After a frustrating several weeks unable to get ahold of Big Island Klimate Kontrol and then dealing with Lowes, we discovered that Big Island Klimate Kontrol never even ordered the part! Our dishwasher has been inoperable for almost months Lowes finally sent another company out because they couldn't get ahold of Big Island Klimate Kontrol either I would never hire this company to do ANYTHING
