I had several vehicles and the customer test drove a Honda Oddesy. The customer drove it several miles before returning it and seemed satisfied. The vehicle was state inspected.
The down payment was $300, but the customer only placed $190...
down with the agreement to return Monday with the remaining down payment. Down payments are non-refundable, which is posted and explained to the buyer.
The customer called saying there is a problem with the transmission and returned the vehicle that Monday. Although the vehicle was returned, the title and other paperwork was not.
