I purchased a car from Big Joe's Auto in Trevose in Nov The truck was a Saturn Outlook I think that the dealer knew there were issues with the truck, prior to selling it to me The truck was great until it wasn'tI went back to where I purchased the vehicle and the warrantyI've continually had to call and follow-up Big Joe never called me back They gave me the WHACK warranty, and charged me $for it, and the warranty people won't pay I'm just displeased as a consumerI overpaid for a vehicle because of the need for transportationI'm not sure whether it was because I'm a woman or because they already have my money, so they no longer feel the need to assist any issues with the vehicle
