Review: On June **, 2013 my wife & I hired Big Joe's General Renovation to do the following:0 install a laminate floor, paint, sheetrock kitchen walls and ceiling. We also paid for and ordered a kitchen pantry. The floor was paid purchased from [redacted] arranged with the store to pick up the floor from the [redacted] store. That work was fine. The kitchen pantry in question was to be delivered, painted and installed. We paid an additional $675 cash for the cabinet that was supposed to be delivered after the kitchen was painted. Despite numerous phone calls and emails all we receive are excuses apologies as to why he has not delivered the cabinet. [redacted] says that he will deliver the cabinet on a certain date but never calls or shows up. This has been going on since June. We have copies of emails.Desired Settlement: If he cannot give us the pantry we ordered, a full refund is requested.
