we spend on a king size split adjustable bed at Big ***s furniture warehouse in Alamosa, CO it was delivered on June 17, On June 30th we called and complained that one of the mattresses had thread coming off the side and it had a indentation on the outside edge that made me feel as if I was rolling off the bed and needed to put a throw pillow under my hip to be able to feel safe from rolling off We were asked numerous questions that made no sense on a week old mattress Is the indentation where you sit to get into bed? Did you pull on the string to make it come loose? have you turned the mattress over to see if it feels the same?
