Big John's Spraying and Landscaping

Had them do crabgrass application last few years. Seemed fine until just now. Was home and supposedly had an application, only got a bill in my door. No evidence of spray on the lawn or curb. This was in the span of 20 minutes. No odor of herbicide, not even damp to the touch. Temperature, 64 degrees. Supposed application 3:10pm. 20 minutes later, no smell, not damp, nothing. That’s because there was no spray applied. Stay away from Big John’s.
