Purchased a washer for after one week with a warranty the motor went out called Dace the owner.Stated hus technician had a tooth pulled and couldnt send any one till later in week thursday.Todats thursday no technician and no replacement.Don't do business here!!!
On September 2, 2016, I purchased a used Maytag washer from Big John's appliances At that time, I was told and was given documentation that the washer had a day warrantyThe washer started to leak so I tried to get Big Johns to return the washer but a rep, David was very defensive with me and was quite verbally hostile with me so on September 7th I disputed my payment for the washer with my credit card company On September 22, I took off the dispute and paid for the washer because I was able to get the leak to stop on my own and things were ok. On November 29th, I contacted Big Johns appliances because the again I was having issues with the washerThe computer went out and it no longer worked. At the time the washer was still under warranty and I tried to have Big Johns come over to repair the washerDavid, a rep for Big Johns told me he remembered me said I never paid for the washer and he said the warranty was void and would not repair the unit. I have documentation that proves I paid for the washer from my credit card company Big Johns will not honor their day warranty commitment and I currently have a nonworking washer that is still under warranty This is THE WORST company I have EVER done business with and I would recommend that buyers not do business with Big John's Appliances!!
Last week of Aug went into 16th stLocation met Big John himself Talked about refrigerator policy and repair When challenged it could be better (nicely)he arrogantly ushered us from the back of the store to the front door opening it widely saying loudly go find one somewhere else Extreme rudenessMy husband and I have never been treated so rudely in our lives by a proprietor or staff I'd never recommend going to "Small "Johns appliances
