Big Kahuna put in my inground pool just over 2 years ago. I called Big Kahuna Pools about an issue I had with my [redacted] led light transformer. I asked how much the it would cost to replace and if my unit was still under warranty. The gentleman I spoke with told me the unit replacement would cost $498 and would get back to me on the warranty. Well a week later I decided to call back and spoke to another gentleman who said he would have to look up the details and call me back. Guess what? I never received a call back. So at this point I decided to call the manufacturer which is now [redacted] The lady there stated that the model I have is just over $200 to replace and a new model with more options is only $491 which is still better than what Big Kahuna quoted. So I would not recommend dealing with this business as they do not care about their previous clients. Please research before picking them.
