this process and inspecting the transmission, our technician revealed that several codes are stored on the trucks computer. Many of them to do with the transmission getting too hot. When we sent this info to [redacted], it was them that decided no warranty would be granted on this repair and the customer would responsible for it himself due to abuse of the vehicle. When I tried to explain this to the customer he wouldn't believe me and had indicated that [redacted] Chrysler would pay for the repair under warranty. I tried to explain why we couldn't do that, but he refused to listen to my explanation, and hung up on me. As unfortunate as this situation is, I am no longer interested in dealing with this individual. Mike
