On April 2nd, I made an agreement with Troy Richard, to purchase a Honda Accord that he agreed that he was going to have the car ready in 2-weeksHe was going to be replacing the motor with a reconditioned motor with a warranty and the car would be operating correctly, swapping out the rims for better rims, doing body work and having the car detailedIt will have been months on the 20th since I have paid him and he has missed many deadlines that he would have the car readyHe said he attempted to get a loan to return my money that he spent elsewhere apparently, but was declinedI have numerous Text messages and fb messages of correspondences with Troy RichardI spoke with another couple that he did the same thing with a deposit on a vehicle- they are willing to provide information alsoThey are still yet to get a respon

On March 1st, A deal for a Chevy Equinox was made verbally and through messenger on FacebookThe original deal of $down and $for months was not possible for usTherefore we said we couldn't do and were prepared to find another optionHowever, immediately after Troy (seller in question) agreed to $down and $543.75/ month for months along side a lien on vehicle till car was paid offWe agreedHe picked up deposit at our house at 4:p.mthe same night stating a receipt would be given the same night at my husband's work where Troy was a regularNo such thing happenedThe car was suppose to be ready the following March 6thThe list of excuses began that dayFirst a part had to be ordered and would arrive that WednesdaySo we asked to sign paperwork and get receipt and wait for car to be readyThen the notary wasn't in t
