Review: I PLACED A BEDROOM SET ON LAYAWAY WITH $1500 DOWN. ABOUT 3 WEEKS LATER I WENT BACK TO PAY THE BAALANCE AND THE STORE IS NO LONGER AT THE LOCATION. NO FURHTER INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE MY $1500.00 REFUNDED

Review: Made a final purchase on a dining room table/four chairs and a small couch/Love Seat on November **, 2013 for my Brother. They when I want furniture to be delivered to home. I stated before Christmas. Delivery date was schedule for 12/**/2013. They called my cell phone for me to call back to rescheduled. I called back and staff never picks up the telephone. I finally got someone three weeks later and she apologized for staff not getting back to me.
We rescheduled again by telephone for the following Saturday. No delivery. I am still trying to reach them on the telephone and no still continues to answer telephone. It is very hard for to get the store due to my working hours.Desired Settlement: Just Deliver the furniture or provide me with a refund.....Period.

Review: Complaint taken over the phone and read back to consumer for verification: Consumer purchased a bar stool from this business and was told it would require assembly at home. The stool arrived, already assembled and covered in scratches. There were no instructions, no warranty, etc. The business refuses to send a new bar stool or refund the money.Desired Settlement: Refund ($249) or replacement stool.
