The total amount was $1500, $via my credit card, and $on a personal checkSo, if you so called gave me back my money where are the $I don't even have a receipt of anything that I returned the carThe reason I returned it in the first place was because of all the mechanical issues, not because I changed my mindI liked the vehicle, I just didn't like the mechanical malfunctions a couple days laterI want my $that is rightfully owned back to me

A few days later the customer called us claiming he did not want the vehicle as he had changed his mind on the type of car he wanted. As far as the price of the vehicle goes the price mentioned was the price on his contract which he signed and it was on different paperwork he signed as well. the customer had a chance to review before he signed anything and he has his copy of the contract. Review: Ever since I financed the Ford Freestyle June 20th 2013 I've had nothing but mechanical problems. The first day my service light came on. I took it back and they supposedly had somebody look at it but yet I never received an invoice stating the repairs done they paid for a diagnostic came out to be the transmission they wanted a second opinion after taking it to ford they took it to a random transmission and they said it was my catalytic converter but that wasn't the cause. I've had continuous repairs done since then beyond annual tune-ups and brake repair and by august Big and Little has washed their hands of any responsibility after my warranty. I bought a lemon and I don't think is fair putting more money in a car then what is worth and still have to keep up insurance and payments.

Review: My complaint with the dealer, is that verbally they told me a price for the vehicle different from the one that appears in the contract, that is one. The other is return the vehicle because it had mechanical failures and the pulley was functioning bad, a loud noise in the exhaust, a noise in the motor and air conditioning. The turn signal on the driver's side would stick. I returned the vehicle to the dealer and they did not provide me any proof of return and they told me I would lose my $1,500 deposit. I returned the vehicle because it disappointed me. Not knowing that it had so many things wrong with it and for safety reasons as I do not wish to have a vehicle that does not make me feel secure when driving with my family. Thanks for your attention.Desired Settlement: I ask for your help in resolving this situation. I already communicated with you by phone and hope this is resolved in the best way possible and does not get me bad credit or one more disappointment.

This is not true! The total amount was $1500, $1000 via my credit card, and $500 on a personal check. So, if you so called gave me back my money where are the $500.00. I don't even have a receipt of anything that I returned the car. The reason I returned it in the first place was because of all the mechanical issues, not because I changed my mind. I liked the vehicle, I just didn't like the mechanical malfunctions a couple days later. I want my $500 that is rightfully owned back to me.

Review: CAR DEALER SHADY PRACTICE

REPO CAR. CHRG $40.00 TO GET PERSNoL ITEMS FROM CAR.

REMOVED BATTERY RPL W/TOO SMALL BATTERY

2ND BATTERY STL TOO SMALL

MY CAR WAS REPOSSESSED FOR WHICH I PAID THE FEES $1600.00 TO GET IT BACK.

PRIOR TO GETTING THE CAR BACK BIG & LITTLE CHARGED ME $40.00 TO GET MY PERSONNEL ITEMS FROM THE CAR.

WHEN I PAID ALL FEE'S ($1600.00) GOT MY CAR BACK I NOTICED THE ORIGINAL BATTERY HAD BEEN REMOVED.

THEY HAD TAKEN MY ORIGINAL BATTERY REPLACED WITH UNDERSIZE BATTERY (26R-DS). VERIFIED WITH AUTO-ZONE BATTERY IN CAR WAS WAY UNDERSIZED FOR THE CAR (PICS IF YOU'D LIKE). THE UNDERSIZED BATTERY CAUSED MY CAR TO STALL IN TRAFFIC ALMOST GOT IN ACCIDENT. WHEN I WENT BACK TO BIG & LITTLE INFORMED THEM OF THIS ISSUE THEY STATED IT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM IT WAS THE TOW COMPANY. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS THEY GAVE ME A ANOTHER BATTERY STILL NOT APPROPRIATE FOR MY SIZE CAR.

ANOTHER ISSUE; WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR NUMEROUS FUSES WERE FOUND LYING ON THE FLOOR & SEAT COVERS REMOVED AND THROWN ABOUT. I'M CONCERNED WHAT ELSE DID THEY TAMPER WITH ON MY VEHICLE. Desired Settlement: REIMBURSEMENT $40.00 FOR PICKING UP MY PERSONNEL ITEMS THAT WERE IN THE CAR WHEN IT WAS REPOSSESSED.

$125.00 FOR APPROPRIATE SIZE BATTERY FOR MY CAR, I DON'T TRUST BIG AND LITTLE TO PROVIDE APPROPRIATE SIZED BATTERY. IF THEY CAN GUARANTEE AN APPROPRIATE SIZE BATTERY WE MAY BE ABLE TO WORK THIS OUT.

TREATMENT OF CUSTOMER'S VERY POOR NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T TRUST THEM.

I am sorry that miss [redacted] was not happy with our dealership. Her car was repossessed for non payment by a licenced company, per state law they are required to remove all personal items and secure them. They charged her $40.00 and she payed them directly she did not pay us. As far as the battery is concerned she came and picked up her car and left, 2 days later she called us saying that her battery was not the original battery, we very clearly told her that nothing had been changed she stated that her battery in the car was no good and because of that she was having a hard time getting to work. She stated that she needed a new battery but had no money, our manager feeling sorry for her told her and her husband to take a battery off our battery rack and that she can pay us later. After taking a new battery the next day she called us and told us that since she believed that the battery had been changed she was not going to pay us for the new battery that she took. She was very rude on the phone and was told not to call us anymore. She was advised to make her car payments on time and since we did not get any thing signed by her to go ahead keep the battery for free. All this is about her not making her car payments and being angry that her car was repossessed. Why would we damage our own collateral?
