"We send the (lien) card release in to the state of Minn after the first notice. There was a supplement (lien) release needed. We went and got it...

We were told by our courthouse clerks to submit a complaint due to the dinking around. We stopped in numerous times to check on the title, we contacted Big L's and were treated like crap.
It has been five months and I still don't have a title. I WANT A CLEAN TITLE!! This is enough messing around on their end. Something needs to be done.

If this is a reputable business that is supposedly knowledgeable, there should have been no delay on getting the proper paperwork to the state. There is no excuse for this - the owner is a jerk - it has been six months and I still do not have the title to my vehicle. I bet he wouldn't appreciate having to wait this long to get paid. He took advantage of me due to my age and the fact that I am not from the area. I will never do business with this place again and I will make sure to let everyone know about the crappy way I have been treated and the way he conducts business.
