THE REPAIRMAN THAT CAME TO MY HOME WOULD NOT ANSWER A YES/NO QUESTIONWHEN ASKED TOLD ME HE WAS HAVING TROUBLE NOT BEING UPSET
I AM SORRY YOU SENT YOUR RUDE AND ANGRY REPAIRMAN TO MY HOME BUT I ONLY WANTED AN ANSWER WHICH EVIDENTLY WAS TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR

Review: My grandson received a pair of Muck Boots for Christmas 2013 from his grate grandmother and his grate uncle [redacted]. Due to [redacted] having cancer he became very ill in December and pasted away in January of 2014. Sometime in January I noticed the boots starting to look like they had a little bump on the top and later I noticed the boots started to peel and look as if the camo was coming off. With everything happening I didn't have the time to take the boots to Big M Discount Center where they were purchased. I called the store on or about March 06, 2014 and spoke to [redacted] the shoe department manager and she told me to drop them off and she would check on getting them replaced through the sales rep. due to the not having the size and not ordering any more. I have spoke to someone at Big M on several different occasions and have spoke to [redacted] on numerous occasions and she states that [redacted] is off and she would have her call me and no calls back. Have went into the store and spoke to [redacted] and she even called [redacted] while I was there and left message for him to call back I waited for a while in the store he didn't return her call. Today again I spoke to [redacted] and she stated that [redacted] had been sick and in the hospital and didn't know when she would be back at work. [redacted] stated"That they were just a pair of rubber boots and that rubber boots did that", I ask he to have [redacted] to call me. This was on March 13, 2014 and still haven't got anything done as of June 9, 2014.Desired Settlement: These boots has a sentimental value would like them replaced and would like something posted on this store and the Muck sales rep. [redacted] has said each time that we have spoke to her that she and [redacted] intend to make it right but the guy [redacted] has been very rude but said also he wanted to make it right.
