Thank you for your follow up regarding the recently made claim. The claimant is correct, a Big M Lawn Maintenance Co. employee...
did indeed slide down the neighbors hill into his lawn causing minor damage and I did let him know that I would do my best to get it repaired as soon as possible. Unfortunately due to the unseasonably wet weather we have had, it would be futile to try to repair the ruts at this time. Monday, July 6th while mowing the neighbors lawn, we did note that the location of the ruts in the claimants yard was still muddy. I have regrettably had to drop communication with the claimant due to the discourteous way he has spoken to myself as well as my employees. At this time, we plan to repair the minor damage by filling in the ruts, and applying grass seed and straw in the very near future.
