Hello,Thank you for notifying us of the complaint. I have researched the complaint and have the following information.1) Mr*** was refunded for both windshirts when we were made aware of the quality problem. The refund was issued through Paypall on 4/26/19. The
confirmation from paypal is attached.2) We state on our website that sometimes the items from our orders will be shipped separately. He bought two different brands of windshirts and they shipped from two different locations. They both arrived within the timeframe of promised delivery.3) When Mr*** notified us that he was unhappy with the purchase we provided him with a label to return the items so that he did not incur any cost to make the return. The tracking number for that shipment was UPS***.We are very sorry that Mr*** did not experience our usual quality and customer service and tried to correct that for him. A full refund was issued and a label provided for the return. We thought this had been resolved with him. If there is anything else we can do or information we can provide please let us know and we will be happy to provide right away.Kind regards,***BigMansLand
