To Whom It May Concern:We are disappointed that [redacted] is unsatisfied with her experience with our company. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we take pride in addressing each and every concern raised.[redacted] placed an order for the product Sinuprex on February 24th, 2016. On March, 22nd...

2016, an RMA (return package number) was issued to her to return the product to receive a full refund.However, this product was never received on our end. Our fulfillment team never had the physical product. Understandably, we must have the product returned to issue a full refund and did not receive it. Unfortunately, the [redacted] does not have the tracking number either. By our policy, there is no premise to receive a refund, however on 5/19/16 our representative issued an agreed upon 50% refund of $63.40 despite no evidence of the package having been shipped back to us. Please consider this a fair resolution. We met this valued customer in the middle when both sides did not receive what was needed. We demonstrated empathy and compromise in returning half of the money without receiving anything in return. Regards,[redacted]
