Air Standards is a contractor for many *** *** company with very high rating with all of them, even some warranty companies top havc contractorThe warranty companies have been over loading us due to their high volume of calls and our good service we provideThis problem seems to be with the
warranty company and not Air StandardsWe have not done any work for this customer but did call to schedule an appointment for Monday morning and she already had the work completedAir Standards does offer hour service but there is a charge for emergency service not covered by *** *** companiesContracts state contractors must have customers in the schedule within or business days which we had offered this customerAgain this complaint is from the customer that hasn't read her contract with the warranty company and the complaint seem for the warranty company*** *** customer hours with Air Standards is m-f 7am to 5pm Saturday 7am to noon
