Absolutely the worst, most maligning company we have ever done business withWe caught them blantantly overcharging (10X) for a small service job and, after numerous ignored, written messages on returned bills, it took a filing with the Revdex.com to finally get their attentionThen, after settling that issue, this company, who built and serviced our pool for nearly years, maliciously filed a complaint with the Ohio Department of Health for the sole purpose of retaliating, coupled with the goal of costing us thousands upon thousands of dollars with our small, four-room B&BNever once during the 6-years of servicing our pool since our B&B opened, did they bother to mention the need for commercial pool licensing - which they obviously knew about since they filed a complaint as soon as we fired themThis company, in our opinion, is unscrupulous and without a strong moral compassDo your homework before having these people do anything related to your pool or property, There are A LOT better companies out there to deal withHappy to answer any and all questions that anyone may haveThe next step, after finishiwith the ODH is that we will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office for the State of Ohio
WOrk completed without estimate, parts were marked up 300%Left messages, no returned callsCalled back bad employee communications

first of all they did the repair on my truck which was a muffler /tailpipe and two struts and the repair I have no problem with
I got a estimate for the labor portion over the phone when I called them which was inline around $for labor, they promised to call with a parts quote and then would go forward with work if I wanted to
I got a call that the truck was done , but did not ever get a parts quote ( I figured muffler tailpipe and a couple struts right can't be that much)
I went in to get my truck and got a bill for nearly $1,for parts which I didn't get a chance to approve or know costI paid the charge and then when I got home got prices on the exact parts supplied online (got the strut numbers and muffler cost as retail pricing not wholesale online)
Well from *** I could buy the struts for $each, and the muffler/t
*** customer services reps refused to provide an estimate for the requested service (oil and filter change) even after multiple requests
Motor home Fleetwood Southwind was delivered to *** for oil and filter change on 6/1/
Although I requested an estimate prior to service each employee asked deferred to someone else or a later time, such as we'll seeI was charged $which I paid by *** credit cardHis invoice #***Issue: I have never been charged more than $for the exact same service by any other service providers***, for example charges from $to $for the same serviceIf memory serves, auto services are to be estimated in advance *** did not do this
