Phone response - originally thought it was the wiper motor, we admit we mis-diagnosed , it was actually a electrical problemWe put everything back together, refunded her money and explained we can't fix electrical issuesThen she states we did something to her windowI have asked her to bring it
in so we can address that issue, but to date she has not returnedWe have not charged her anything, all money was refunded
