Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and found it to be very interesting, and also percent incorrect in the factsI personally spoke with the owner of the company the day prior to when the scheduled service was to be provided and at no time was I told there was a problem either with price or level of service requestedWe received no notification days prior (or at any time prior) to the move date telling us it could not be doneHad we received such notification we would have had ample time to secure other arrangements and this entire problem would have been avoided. In addition, we have phone records where we attempted to call the provider numerous times on the day we expected the service to be performed and never received a return callFinally, our original agreement with this company only included packing up the truck and assisting with some final packing in the apartment, it never covered packing up the entire apartment as was implied in the company's responseWe stand by our claim that this company completely failed to provide an agreed upon service, provided us no advance notice they would not show up at the agreed upon time and date and then would not even answer their phones on the date of service to explain themselves or help us in any way secure another service provider at the last minuteThey left us high and dry and others should be alerted that they could do the same to them Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and found it to be very interesting, and also 100 percent incorrect in the facts. I personally spoke with the owner of the company the day prior to when the scheduled service was to be provided and at no time was I told there was a problem either with price or level of service requested. We received no notification 5 days prior (or at any time prior) to the move date telling us it could not be done. Had we received such notification we would have had ample time to secure other arrangements and this entire problem would have been avoided. In addition, we have phone records where we attempted to call the provider numerous times on the day we expected the service to be performed and never received a return call. Review: I contacted Salma about getting two men to load our rental truck for Friday, Sept. 11, 2015. She was pleasant, we had two or three phone calls before moving day. On Sept. 11 she never arrived. We waited two hours, made six phone calls which were never answered. We left messages, but to this day, Sept. 17, she has never contacted me. Why commit to a job if you aren't going to do it? We had a rental truck and had to call multiple businesses before we got someone to help us. Hire-A-Helper came to the rescue. We were relieved when they showed up so quickly.
We never paid any money, but we want others to be aware of this horrible situation. I would just like an explanation as to how she could do this to us.Desired Settlement: An explanation from the company.
